Natural oud (agarwood) smells warm, woody and softly resinous, with a gentle sweetness. Lighter grades such as Canopy-layer feel clean and balanced; Kynam Style is smooth and slightly sweet; Insect-Tunnel and Root-Resin are deeper, earthier and more resinous. It reads as calm and grounding rather than perfumed.
Yes. Unused and unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For scent and hygiene reasons, opened incense, aroma products, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact support@jinghuaintl.com with your order number to start the return process.
